How do I know what size to order?
We offer a variety of fits including Men's/Unisex, Women's, and Youth. Please refer to our detailed Size Chart on each product page to find your perfect fit, as our Women's tees are designed to be form-fitting.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During major sales or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your gear! We accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that mystery items and final sale products are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my TeeTurtle apparel?
To keep your designs vibrant, we recommend machine washing your shirts inside out with cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or duties.
Are your Reversible Plushies safe for all ages?
Safety is our priority. Our Reversible Plushies are ASTM-certified and safe for ages 3 and up. They are made from high-quality, soft polyester fiber for maximum cuddliness.
