At TeeTurtle, we want you to love your new gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our team is here to help you find your new favorite shirt.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Navigate to our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason so we can improve your future shopping experience.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange as soon as the package reaches our warehouse.
